·   MAIN DRAWING: Grand Prize $50,000 Cash; 5 - $1,000 Cash Prizes; 5 - $500 Cash Prizes; “EARLY BIRD” DRAWINGS: Three $1,000 Cash Prizes and Three Awards of “Five Money Mania Tickets.”

·   Tickets MUST be received by TCC ONE-HALF HOUR prior to the drawing(s) to be eligible for the drawing(s).

·   Only 2,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets remain eligible for ALL DRAWINGS held after purchase date.

·   You need not be present to win. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter.. Purchaser authorizes TCC to use his/her name, City and State, prize amount, photograph and/or video image in Money Mania advertising and promotional materials and on the TCC web page.

·   The donation for each ticket is $100. Ticket donations is not tax-deductible. All proceeds, less prizes and expenses, benefit Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. TICKET PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

·   Prize winners are responsible for payment of ALL APPLICABLE TAXES.

·   If Purchaser’s check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is received by TCC prior to 12 noon on the date of the drawing(s).

·   Purchaser must legibly write name, address and telephone number on each ticket. Purchaser is responsible for legibility and accuracy of entry information If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant”. TCC shall have no obligation to any person other than the entrant.

·   Retain your ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, Purchaser will be required to produce ticket stub. TCC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

·   The Main Drawing begins at 5:00 p.m. 6/15/08 at the TCC Festival. Grand Prize drawing will be held at 7:30 p.m. The Main Drawing is subject to the sale of at least 1,000 tickets. If less than 1,000 tickets are sold the Main Drawing will be a one-prize-only 50/50 based upon total ticket sales. All Six “Early Bird” prizes will be awarded from among tickets purchased through date of drawing, regardless of the number of tickets sold.

·   Prize winners will be notified by mail and must claim their prizes within 60 days of the drawing date. Unclaimed prizes revert to TCC. TCC is not responsible for winner notices lost, returned or misdirected by the United States Postal Service.

·   Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School reserves the right to modify the drawing rules at anytime.  Rule changes will be posted at www.tccsaints.com
